A refund is only made in exceptional circumstances.
If a FrankSmile® affiliated dentist identifies that you are not a suitable candidate, and we are unable to treat your case due to medical concerns, we will refund your £49 payment for the Impression Kit in full.
The recommended treatment plan is not working
FrankSmile® is committed to you. If the aligners are not working despite wearing them as prescribed, we will continue to develop a new treatment plan without any additional charges if your affiliated dentists feel it is advisable to continue. For this process, a new Impression Kit may need to be completed and additional photographs sent.
If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us at email@example.com to request a replacement.
Unfortunately, as we are unable to reuse any of the materials in the Impression Kit for anyone else, we do not accept any returns. Once the Impression Kit order has been processed this cannot be refunded. Should you have any questions with regards to your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
